You know how tough it is (especially when you're over 30!) to heal from accidents, injuries or surgery...
And the problem is sometimes after you have done everything--the rehab, the physical therapy, everything conventional medicine has to offer and your doctor told you to do--you're still not satisfied with your recovery because you're still not back where you were before the problem (the accident, the surgery, or whatever).
You can’t do things like you used to and so what happens is you feel frustrated and may even be living a smaller life, not doing what you want, and dealing with more pain than you should.
But you don't have to live this way. Have you had enough of all that?
Hi, I'm Valerie Lyon (that's my photo up to your left). When you're ready to get your "mojo" back (you know what I mean--your "mojo"--that feeling-good place where you're comfortable and confident in your own body), let's talk.
At Mojo Recovery Therapies, I use a three-pronged, non-invasive approach to help people like you get their physical mojo back. And it works! Without surgery. Without drugs. And without that endless cycle of pain and relapse. Learn how here.
A case in point: A client came with chronic neck pain. She was constantly tossing her head to relieve the discomfort. A friend had even told her she looked like she had Tourette's. We gently released ancient tensions and practiced finding a new, more relaxed and surprisingly more powerful way of sitting and standing. After one session, she said, "I've never felt this open!" The head tossing was almost completely gone.
To choose what's right for your recovery can be really confusing.
But the good news is that you don't have to make the choice by yourself. The next step towards recovery is to set up your assessment with me and we can figure out what's right for you.
FAIR WARNING: If, in my professional opinion, you would be better served working with another professional, I will not hesitate to tell you so; because I hold your health and wellbeing above all else.
All that needs to be done now is to set up your assessment. And to do that simply call this number: 503-230-0812, and tell Sue, Monica or Terri you are ready to schedule your assessment with Valerie. Initial assessment and session $130.
"...thank you for the incredible difference I see as a result of the work we have done together. I was told that I should get used to the idea that I would never run again.
Through Aston Patterning and the exercises you have given me to do, I have been able to regain far more physical ability than I ever thought possible. I’m able to run. I’m able to dance. I’m able to hike. All of this without pain. And, it just continues to get better."
